Terms & Conditions

By using DP Contest, you agree to these.

Last updated: January 2026

1. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use DP Contest. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account.

2. Content you post

You may only upload or use pictures that you own or have permission to use. Don't submit pictures of children, sexually explicit content, hate speech, copyrighted material you don't own, or anything intended to harass a specific person.

You retain ownership of your pictures. By uploading, you grant DP Contest a non-exclusive license to display and distribute them within the platform and in social-share previews.

3. Public Facebook profile pictures

DP Contest uses Facebook's public Graph endpoint to fetch publicly-available profile pictures. By providing a Facebook URL or username for a contest, you confirm you have a reasonable belief that the picture is public and that the subject would not object to inclusion in a friendly DP contest. Anyone can request removal via our contact page.

4. Voting

One vote per user per contest. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate votes will get all involved accounts banned and votes invalidated.

5. Contests

Each user may start one contest every 48 hours (configurable by site admin). Contests run for 24 hours, after which results are final. The site admin reserves the right to remove or end any contest that violates these terms.

6. Prohibited behavior

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Disclaimer

DP Contest is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site.

10. Contact

Reach out via our contact page for any questions.
